On your first day, new employees are given a Welcome to Meldrum presentation. This takes new starters through our history, our companies, our structure, our core values and our expectations of them. Our Meldrum Starts With Me brochure explains how we expect our employees to behave and perform.
Our Blueprint document is a mini, easily digestible format of our business plan. We have a staff forum twice per year where we explain the aims and objectives of the business as well as our performance to date. This is summarised into a document which every member of staff receives.
