We’re pleased to announce the opening of our brand new office in Cambridge. Meldrum Group has grown steadily since opening our doors in 2001, and following the successful delivery of a number of projects in the area – we’ve decided to open our South East office.
Dave Meldrum, our chief executive, said that the business is in a “very strong position” despite the challenges being faced – particularly in the North East construction industry.
He added: “It makes perfect sense to open the Cambridge office following some very successful projects delivered in the South East area for repeat, national clients. This office will allow us to support those existing clients, as well as new clients, in a much more meaningful way.
“The opening of the Cambridge office will help us to not only realise our 2023/24 goals but to continue to build for the future. It has always been our ambition to be our client’s contractor of choice and we are continuing to work hard with existing and new clients.”
Christian Huckstep, regional project director for Meldrum Construction, said: “Being our client’s construction partner of choice has meant Meldrum has worked outside of the North East on a regular basis, making opening this office a natural step. Our ability to deliver successfully in the South East has already been proven and we look forward to supporting our current clients whilst also expanding to work with new partners and clients in the area.”
