Meldrum Civil Engineering was appointed principal contractor on the build of a new vehicle maintenance workshop for Petit Forestier in Dartford. Petit Forestier, founded in France in 1907 has grown to provide refrigeration expertise in 22 countries worldwide, continuing to grow and fill new locations. The provision of the works in this location includes the construction of a workshop set out to service a fleet of rented refrigerated vehicles operating throughout the UK.

The project began on 21st June 2021 and was completed on 8th July 2022.

The building comprises of 3 storey offices, a customer reception, a 5-bay workshop with 2 maintenance pits & VOSA testing equipment, welfare facilities and other ancillary spaces to service the building users.
