This project was the construction of a brand new Visitor Centre and Gatehouse for Dräger.

• Demolition of existing warehouse
• Two new staff car parks
• New entrance road to Dräger compound
• New access control system together with gates and barriers managing three lanes of traffic
• New CCTV system to new security centre and existing Dräger compound and buildings
• New drainage system consisting of foul and storm with attenuation tank
