Meldrum Building Services carried out a number of small projects within the ground floor area of the Q10 Building from fit out to alterations, including additional air conditioning, alteration and adaptions to heat recovery and chiller ceiling mounted units fed via roof top chillers, new lighting, fire alarm upgrades, oxygen depletion alarm systems within the laboratory areas, integrated Salto door access system and additional CAT6 data outlets.

Each of the smaller office spaces are separately metered with their own kitchen facilities to make the renting more attractive to smaller businesses, providing luxurious but affordable office spaces.
