From derelict land to urban garden’-style landscaped parking, recreational and pedestrianised areas.

Meldrum Civils have completed various projects for The Auckland Project (TAP) over the years, most recently being the addition of Kingsway Car Park and upgrades to the town centre.

This refurbishment project has breathed a new lease of life into what was a derelict land in the centre of Kingsway Square. Equipped with various small activities and recreational spaces for families to utilise, Kingsway Square is even more accessible for those traveling into the area to work, dine and shop.
