This project involved the construction of a two-storey steel framed specialist veterinary hospital in Cramlington complete with state of the art animal healthcare facilities.  It was a bespoke design solution to the clients brief.  Prior to the construction phase Meldrum were also responsible for land acquisition, feasibility studies, planning and legal issues.
