ROLE OVERVIEW

Job Location:     Office Based (Head Office) NE11 9JW

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects for internal and external clients.

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, this permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to work on exciting and complex projects, managing projects from conception to completion, whilst leading a growing team.

WHAT WE ASK FOR

Meldrum Structural and Civil Engineering Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can bring innovation and experience to the role. You should be organised and methodical, and have the ability to work alongside individuals at different levels and across different disciplines.

You must have at least 3 years QS experience in civil engineering and an in-depth knowledge of framework contracts.

A full, valid driving licence and car is required as regional travel is expected. Occasionally, Meldrum Structural and Civil Engineering Ltd may work with clients on a national scale, so national travel may be necessary.
