ROLE OVERVIEW

Job Location:     Office Based (Head Office) NE11 9JW

Meldrum Facilities require a Commercial Manager to join their team. This role will be based from our Dunston Office.

You will report directly to the Facilities Operations Director.

In this role you will be responsible for the commercial management of Meldrum Facilities Limited, to ensure the business is protected as far as possible in relation to all commercial aspects of projects for internal and external clients.

WHAT WE ASK FOR

We are looking for an experienced individual who will work alongside the FM Technical Manager and Small Works Manager to manage client capital expenditure works. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing competitive quotations for the client, pricing variations and preparing and analysing quotations for FM works from £1k – £100k.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role with good, working knowledge of FM and H&S procedures. They will have experience of managing service providers, ensuring regular contract reviews are undertaken as well as having a keen customer service approach.

This person will have strong communication and IT skills and be a team player.
