We are looking for an experienced individual who will work alongside the FM Technical Manager and Small Works Manager to manage client capital expenditure works. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing competitive quotations for the client, pricing variations and preparing and analysing quotations for FM works from £1k – £100k.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role with good, working knowledge of FM and H&S procedures. They will have experience of managing service providers, ensuring regular contract reviews are undertaken as well as having a keen customer service approach.
This person will have strong communication and IT skills and be a team player.
